Learn old and new oil and water color techniques while creating unique paintings with instructor, Virginia Killian.  Instruction will be individualized and non-threating. Some paints will be provided.  There will be a materials list after the first class. The class is open to teens and adults, but those aged 55 and older receive a discounted price).   All skill levels are welcome.

Dates and Time: Thursdays for five weeks, January 23 to February 20, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Cost: $120 (55 and older $80) (PAC Members receive 20% discount).
